The page to do this myself is broken ("Something went wrong, please try later" lol) and it took me 45 minutes arguing with the live chat to actually cancel the unnecessary licenses. Unfortunately Adobe keep a strangle hold on the market in education which means that the cycle is very hard to breakĮdit3: I am now in the cycle where I can change my licenses. Not only can we not buy the products outright, not only can we not drop a license when an employee leaves the business and no longer needs it (we have to wait for the yearly 10 minute window to modify this) but they are now putting the prices up too!
